They’re building autonomous AI agents that run real-world business operations. Now, They’re hiring a Founding Engineer to design and scale the distributed systems that orchestrate thousands of agents in production.
What you’ll do
- Architect and scale core infrastructure (Python, distributed systems).
- Build fault-tolerant, observable, multi-tenant systems.
- Own production reliability and scaling from 0→1→100.
- Help define engineering standards and technical direction.
You bring
- 5+ years building early-stage products.
- Strong Python + distributed systems experience.
- Strong LLM experience
- Deep understanding of scalability, data isolation, and fault tolerance.
- High ownership mindset.
- Experience as a founder
