Drive end‑to‑end ownership of multiple features, systems, and services
Partner closely with executive leadership, product managers, and underwriting teams
Build technology that enhances construction safety and operational efficiency for clients

Who you are:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally within startup or lean team environments
Full‑stack engineer with backend strength
Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, or Next.js
Backend experience with Node.js, Java, Ruby, or Python
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
