Terralytiq is the decarbonization copilot for manufacturers. We work with ambitious customers to
decarbonize their supply chains at the scale of the industrial revolution and the speed of the digital
revolution. Our customers are Fortune 500 enterprises in industrial equipment, automotive, and
chemicals supply chains. Our AI platform maps product supply chains, calculates product carbon
footprints, and engages suppliers to cut emissions, giving category managers the data and tools to
take real action.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Full Stack Software Engineer to expand our platform as we
serve a growing customer base, solving challenges of customer scale and complexity.
About the Role
- Own end-to-end feature development across our Next.js/React frontend and Python API, including data pipelines, database migrations, API endpoints, background workers, and customer-facing UI
- Ship to production infrastructure on AWS (ECS Fargate, SQS, S3) and Vercel, with CI/CD through GitHub Actions, and QA/QC though automated tests (Playwright E2E, Jest, pytest)
- Use AI coding tools (such as Claude Code) daily as a core part of your development workflow for implementation, debugging, and code exploration
- Collaborate directly with co-founders, product managers, and designers to turn customer requirements into shipped product
- Contribute to our team culture of authenticity, collaboration, climate impact, and domain expertise, promoting fun and professional growth across the team
About You
2–4 years as a self-directed engineer who thrives in small, collaborative teams, showing high
ownership, initiative, and impact that enables you to make contributions across the full stack.
Must-have experience: Full web development with TypeScript/Next.js/React, Python with Flask (or
similar), PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security, Git and CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions)
Nice-to-have experience: SQLAlchemy/Pydantic (or similar Python ORM), AWS infrastructure
(ECS, SQS, S3), Docker and containerized deployments, E2E testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright),
Queue-based job processing, LLM API-based features, and multi-tenant SaaS patterns
You have low ego and high bias-to-action, bring rigor to problem-solving and learning,
communicate effectively in all situations, and care about shipping helpful products for real users.
