Job Description:
As the first full-time hire, you will own the technical foundation of a platform turning personal networks into actionable career paths. You'll move beyond execution to drive product discovery, building complex graph algorithms and AI sequencing layers that help users navigate hidden job markets through their existing real-world connections.

What you will do:
- Design and implement graph algorithms using Neo4j to visualize and navigate complex relationship data into actionable goals.
- Build and refine the AI sequencing layer that determines optimal outreach timing and personalized coaching for users.
- Own the full-stack development using React/Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript, from high-level architecture to polished frontend onboarding flows.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products end-to-end, ideally as a founder or early engineer at a high-growth startup.
- Deep fluency in TypeScript and modern React/Next.js, with the ability to manage complex data models across PostgreSQL and Neo4j.
- High agency individual who thrives in ambiguity, values in-person collaboration in San Francisco, and prioritizes product-market fit over rigid processes.
