The Role

As an early Software Engineer, you’ll:

Architect and ship end-to-end features at speed, from data pipelines to user-facing workflows
Shape the foundations of their engineering culture as they 10× headcount and product scale
Work across real-world audio, conversation intelligence, and large-scale data problems
Build the tools, models, and mental frameworks that let both you and the company accelerate exponentially
