Why This Role Exists

I built Casa Place because I watched real estate and construction teams chase credentials manually, rely on informal referrals, and get exposed when something fell through. The professionals doing this work (transaction coordinators, notaries, inspectors, estimators, project support specialists) deserved better than being vetted through a group chat recommendation. And the teams hiring them deserved to actually know who they were bringing on. The infrastructure to fix that didn’t exist, so I built it.

The MVP is live. The PRD is documented. Third-party integrations are already underway. The business is structured, branded, and trademarked. You’re not walking into an idea. You’re walking into something already in motion, built by someone who has done the early, unglamorous work to get it here.

I’m looking for a technical co-founder who wants to own the engineering side of this platform and help shape what it becomes. The relationship starts as a founding role. Co-founder title and equity formalize based on execution and fit.

What You’d Own

• Technical direction: you set it, own it, and defend it

• Evaluating and evolving the current low-code MVP foundation: what to keep, what to deepen, what to replatform and when

• Expanding compliance and verification capabilities on top of an operational base with integrations already underway

• Platform architecture, system design, and data integrity

• Translating product vision into technical roadmap, working directly with me rather than waiting on direction

Who You’d Be Building With

I’m a construction project mangement professional with deep experience in HR/compliance project management, product management, and regulated industry workflows across construction and FinTech. I’m CSPO certified. I know how to move from problem to solution, how regulated industries think, and how to build a product that actually works for the people using it.

I’ve done the hard early work: defined the problem, validated the need, structured the business, and gotten something live. You won’t be carrying a vague founder with an idea. You’ll be building alongside someone who is already operating and who needs a technical partner who can match that standard.

What We’re Looking For

•3+ years of experience building or shipping digital products, platforms, or technical systems.

• Portfolio showing your experience building and shipping real web-based products. You’ve taken things from concept to live before.

• Comfortable working with a low-code MVP foundation. Pragmatic about what exists, thoughtful about what comes next.

• Strong product thinking. You can hold technical direction and product sense at the same time.

• Startup, SaaS, or platform experience

• People with backgrounds in construction, real estate, ConTech, PropTech, or adjacent workflow-heavy regulated industries are strongly encouraged to apply. Domain familiarity is especially valuable here.

• Formal technical education is a bonus, but not required — relevant experience and the ability to execute matter most.
