Turtle AI is the platform to manage your agents, optimize AI costs and trust every output. We’re looking for a cofounder who lives at the intersection of product and sales. Someone technical to shape the platform and commercial to drive enterprise traction from day one.
This is a ground-floor equity role. The founding operator retains majority ownership.

Cost ManagementAI spend is exploding, and most of it is wasted. Not all tasks need the same level of AI raesoning. Turtle AI orchestrates across models and selects the right level of intelligence for each step of the process – choosing the right model for the right level of reasoning and software code for deterministic parts of the steps. , giving teams full control over what they spend and why.
ObservabilityYou can’t manage what you can’t see. Turtle AI provides full visibility into what every agent is doing, every decision, every output, every failure, in real time.
EvaluationAgents break silently. Turtle AI simulates and validates agent behavior before anything touches production, continuously monitors accuracy post-deployment, and intelligently splits workflows between AI and deterministic code based on what actually works.
SecurityAgents are the new attack surface. Turtle AI provides agentic access management, policy enforcement and guardrails for non-human identity, and ensures no agent operates outside its defined boundaries.
All of this is delivered through an intuitive interface that makes entire teams AI-native, no code, no AI expertise required. The first company to own this layer across mid-market and enterprise will define how AI gets adopted inside the modern organization.
The RoleAs a Cofounder, you’ll be a builder who sells. And you will be a builder who builds. Someone technical to make product decisions, sharp to run an enterprise sales cycle, and hungry to do both from day one.
You’ll work closely with the gAI Ventures studio team to drive early commercial traction, build an enterprise pipeline, and shape the go-to-market motion from scratch.
What You’ll Own- Identifying the highest-friction AI adoption pain points across IT, compliance, and operations
- Translating customer signals into product roadmap decisions alongside the product team
- Product management and technical strategy
- Pipeline generation and enterprise sales across SMBs and enterprises
- Building and executing a repeatable enterprise sales process from prospecting through close
- Defining pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy
- Building and leading the revenue team as the company scales
- Developing strategic partnerships with system integrators, cloud providers, and channel partners
- Ideally, experience in end-to-end product ownership (tech + commercial). Or Technical product management with revenue responsibility. Or Technical product execution with GTM exposure
- You’ve built or shipped enterprise platforms, not just sold them. You understand APIs, integrations, and system design.
- Strong understanding of enterprise procurement, security reviews, and compliance requirements
- Equally comfortable going deep on architecture with engineering teams and presenting ROI to C-suite stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving commercial traction in a founder-led or early-stage environment
- You know how to build a pipeline from scratch, not just work a warm inbound motion
- Entrepreneurial by default, you want to own outcomes, not manage processes
- Experience selling AI governance, observability, or enterprise AI platforms
- Led go-to-market at an early-stage B2B AI company through first $1M–$5M ARR
- Built partnerships with system integrators or hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- End to end technical AI and engineering support to build products/platform
- Help with design, go-to-market, fundraising, and hiring
- Capital to build and launch
- Access to experienced advisors across AI, fintech, and agentic commerce
- A chance to define one of the core infrastructure companies powering enterprise AI adoption

One of our cofounders previously built and sold a company to a U.S.-based, IPO-bound unicorn and has invested in over 30 startups, including multiple category leaders. Our CTO is a seasoned AI architect, former researcher, and ex-CTO of a well-funded startup. Our third partner brings a combined background in venture capital, having worked at 500 Global (VC firm) and led investments at the venture arm of a BBVA bank.
