The Opportunity

You will work directly out of the founders office on high-impact, future-focused projects that shape the company's strategic direction. You will have real ownership, real stakes, and direct exposure to how a world-scale platform gets built. If you have already shipped an agentic AI product and you want to do it at a scale most people never touch, this is the role.

We are building AI infrastructure for the future of travel. That means deploying agents that handle real decisions across real workflows - not demos, not experiments that live in notebooks. The work is hard, the bar is high, and the opportunity is significant.

• A builder. You have written code that runs in production or a working demo environment.
• Agentic-first. You understand what makes an agent actually agentic - tool use, multi-step reasoning, autonomous decisions - not just a chatbot with a prompt.

• Curious and self-directed. You do not need hand-holding. You figure things out.

What You Will Do

• Work directly with the Founder-CEO on high-impact, future-focused projects that shape strategy 
• Design, build, and ship deep AI agents that solve real problems across product, content, and GTM
• Tackle unsolved problems no traditional team owns, turning ambiguity into working solutions
• Prototype deep AI agents that automate workflow, and unlock new capabilities for the business 
• Translate industry trends into internal prototypes that position the company for the future
• Partner with product, content, and GTM leaders to surface gaps and architect agentic solutions
• Research cutting-edge AI tools, frameworks, and architectures to inform what we build next
• Go from idea to functional agent in days, not months. Iterate based on real usage.

What You Will Gain

What We Are Looking For

• A working demo you can submit - 90 to 120 seconds, screen recorded or live. The agent must be visible doing real things: calling tools, making decisions, completing a multi-step workflow. No slide decks. No narration over a static interface.
• Genuine passion for AI. You build, read, and tinker with it because you love it, not because it's trendy 
• Founder mindset. You treat every project like it's your own company
• High velocity. You ship fast, learn faster, and iterate in public
• Agile by default. You pick up new tools, contexts, and problems on the fly
• Strong written and verbal communication
• F-1 students on OPT are welcome to apply.

What a valid demo looks like: Record 90 to 120 seconds of your agent running live. Show it receiving an input, making decisions, calling external tools or APIs, and returning a meaningful output. The recording should make it obvious that the agent is doing real work - not just generating text. Use Loom, a screen recorder, or a live product URL. If we cannot see the agent act, it does not count as a demo.

Logistics

• Location: On-site, Austin, TX - full time.
• Travel: Role may require travel to India, or other countries for 2–3 weeks at a time.

Compensation

A competitive monthly stipend, with an additional performance bonus awarded upon successful deployment of your projects and agents
