AI Builder / Junior Founding Engineer

Junior Founding Engineer — AI Startup

I’m building a system that builds and scales startups autonomously using AI.

This system:

• builds products fully end-to-end (actual working production apps/services)
• launches and grows them (organic, ads, short-form content, etc.)
• iterates and scales the product as it receives feedback from customers

I have already built the foundation of the system. It is built from the ground up in Go and has ran for hours at a time, self corrects and sticks to the long term vision of the project, with some basic feedback loops and output verification in place.

It has already built and deployed its first product 95% autonomously: including backend, frontend, payments, and analytics, and has started acquiring users organically. It is a niche consumer web service. The next products being built are also B2C, with B2B as a possible next step.

I’m now looking for 1–3 junior developers to scale this up and to enable the system to build more difficult products and acquire more customers. I will be taking in a seed round in parallel with this.

In this role, you will work on whatever is needed to scale this up.

That could be:

• improving and verifying the quality of the outputs and decisions of the system
• work on long term task adherence of the system
• manually experimenting with new GTM channels
• automating these GTM methods (for instance content creation with feedback loops)
• spinning up new startups

What I’m looking for:

• students of any year working on Computer Science degree or similar
• likes to iterate fast and learn new things
• somewhat in tune with what is happening in the AI space
• attitude and willingness to experiment and move fast is more important than what languages or technologies you know

Compensation:

• currently funded for the initial phase, with a seed round being raised in parallel
• equity depending on commitment

You should be based in Stockholm as you will spend most of the time at an office in the city with the rest of the team.

For students, it is acceptable to start with part time in the beginning, but I am looking for full time developers to join the team.
