We’re searching for a builder-leader who combines strong engineering skills with a passion for AI and a drive to improve processes with AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced algorithms to the exciting and rapidly evolving domain of AI based Automations Agents.
• Design and own the systems that enable fast experimentation with LLMs, agents, and automation workflows.
• Investigate, implement and share new AI technologies and ideas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar).
• 2+ years of experience of software development, with a focus on algorithm design and validation.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating AI tools, APIs, or agents.
• Familiarity with LLM-based patterns such as RAG, Agentic workflows, production level prompt-engineering.
• Great communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

Advantages

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Experience with simulation-driven synthetic data generation is a plus
• Familiarity with real-time monitoring and optimization techniques for AI systems is highly advantageous
