Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Founding Engineer, based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area with flexible remote work options. The candidate will drive the development of AI-based solutions, improve the existing platform, and build scalable infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing machine learning models, developing pattern recognition algorithms, refining natural language processing (NLP) systems, and providing key contributions to software development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be critical to further advance our AI-driven operating system.
Qualifications
- Experience with Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Proficiency in Computer Science principles and Software Development practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable AI systems
- Experience in building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments
- Familiarity with procurement, supply chains, or manufacturing processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
- Passion for building innovative solutions in the supply chain domain
- Must be up to date with the most up to date and trending AI tools and industry knowledge
- Must enjoy talking to customers and getting out of the office
