The Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Product Builder.

This is not a classic software development role with narrow frontend or backend ownership.

It is a product-building role focused on translating business logic, frameworks, and decision processes into working digital products, using AI as a core building tool.

You will work closely with consultants, data engineers, and leadership to design, build, and improve Fast Track’s digital products.

What You Will Do

Turn thinking into product logic

• Translate Fast Track’s frameworks, diagnostics, and methods into:
• structured logic
• rules and flows
• simple decision systems
• Help turn abstract ideas into clear, usable product functionality

Build products using AI

• Use AI tools daily to:
• generate and adapt code
• prototype features quickly
• test logic and edge cases
• Combine AI, lightweight code, and practical tools to build and iterate fast

AI is a core working tool, not an add-on.

Prototype, test, and improve

• Build early versions of products and features
• Test them with internal teams and real users
• Improve what works and remove what doesn’t
• Avoid over-engineering in favor of speed and learning

Work closely with non-technical teams

• Collaborate directly with consultants and leadership
• Ask questions when logic or requirements are unclear
• Help bring clarity by turning ideas into systems

Who This Role Is For

Backgrounds That Fit Well (not required)

• Engineering, applied mathematics, or technical product backgrounds
• Strong self-taught builders with a systems mindset
• Product-minded developers interested in decision logic and business problems
• Experience with software development, including working with code-based solutions

Formal degrees matter less than how you think and build.

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a frontend-only role

• Not a ticket-based execution role
