AI Systems Builder (Part-Time | Real Business Impact | 90-Day Project)

We’re looking for someone who has been experimenting with AI and wants to apply it in a real business environment.

This is not a theoretical role. You’ll be building real systems that impact revenue, hiring, and operations inside a growing franchise business.

Over a 90-day period, you’ll help build AI-powered tools such as automated response systems for missed customer calls, follow-up systems to improve sales conversion, recruiting and outreach tools, and potentially AI-assisted business performance insights. You’ll work directly with leadership and real franchise owners who will test what you build in real-world scenarios.

We are looking for someone who has built something using AI, such as an automation, chatbot, workflow, or agent. You should enjoy figuring things out, moving quickly, and being resourceful. You should be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, APIs, or similar platforms, and be able to take an idea and turn it into something usable without needing perfect instructions.

What makes this opportunity different is the real-world impact. You won’t be working on practice projects—you’ll be building systems that are used by actual businesses. You’ll gain direct exposure to business operations, and this can be a strong addition to your resume or potentially qualify as internship experience depending on your academic program. There is also potential for this role to extend or evolve into a longer-term opportunity.

This is a part-time role at approximately 20 hours per week for a 90-day project, with potential to extend. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour.
