We're looking for Applied AI Engineers who build production AI products, not research papers. You'll ship LLM-powered features, agent systems, RAG pipelines, and evals inside small teams where your work lands in users' hands within days, not quarters. The companies in our network are defining the shape of AI products across consumer, enterprise, and developer tools.

• You build AI products, not benchmarks. You measure yourself on what users do with what you ship, not what the eval number was.
• You're opinionated about the stack. You have takes on OpenAI vs Anthropic, evals, agent frameworks, and where they break.
• You ship fast and debug in prod. Prompt changes, tool calls, token budgets, latency spikes. You're fluent in the whole loop.
• You're AI-native beyond the workday. You use Claude Code, Cursor, and agents to extend everything you build.
• You care about taste. The difference between an AI feature that feels magical and one that feels annoying is often craft, not capability.

• 3+ years of production engineering experience, including 1+ year shipping LLM or agent features
• Comfort across the stack, from prompt engineering to backend systems
• Experience with evals, observability, or production AI infrastructure
• Strong Python and TypeScript
• Background shipping to real users at a startup or AI lab is a strong plus
