Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Co-Founder based in Jaipur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Co-Founder will drive business growth by strategizing and building product and its relevant software and plan-formulizing initiatives, identifying opportunities, and building partnerships. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends to inform decision-making, and effectively communicating with stakeholders and team members. He/She should be from a technical background who can develop the product ("product" means- the hardware part and the software part that'd be needed in order to operate the machine). The role also involves contributing to the strategic direction of the company, ensuring sustainable growth, and fostering innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, data, and business opportunities.
• Investment is required.
• NOTE: The role is and equity based and not a salary based, its in early stage, entrepreneurial person is required, she/he will be given equity then after being in the market, a salary will be given along with the equity part and later the role will be promoted to Board Member of the ( To-be) formed company. So no lack of dedication and seriousness will be tolerated and if found lacking then the person will be immediately terminated from the whole company.
• The role is based on equity split and its not a salary based role as the business is in early stage, after a while (when the organization will enter into the market then the directors respective to their role will be given regular salary along with the equity he/she holds), the directors will have 'equity plus salary'.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
• Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives for growth.
• Extensive research skills to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, involving both in-person collaboration in Jaipur and remote work.
• Leadership experience and a passion for innovation in AI are highly valued.
