About the Venture

We are building the definitive Physics-Informed AI Agentic SaaS platform to accelerate the product lifecycle for semiconductor and heavy process-engineering utilizing industries. We are being founded and advised by seasoned semiconductor industry leaders and are seeking an exceptional technical visionary to join us as a CTO & Co-Founder.

The Opportunity: Your Role as CTO & Co-Founder

This is a rare opportunity to join at the absolute ground floor and be the architect of a foundational enterprise SaaS platform. As the CTO & Co-Founder, you will have complete ownership of the product's technology, from high-level architecture to rapid, hands-on implementation. You will be a full strategic partner to the CEO and co-founders, moving with extreme agility to build production-ready systems as we secure our pre-seed/ seed financing and scale the company.

What You'll Build and Own

• Rapid, Production-Ready SaaS Architecture: Design, build, and deploy a secure, multi-tenant cloud platform from scratch. You aren't just building brittle prototypes; you are shipping clean, scalable, production-grade code from Day 1.
• Generative AI Features: Engineer a sophisticated module that uses LLMs to interact with physics-informed AI models, providing engineers with an intuitive user experience.
• Predictive Analytics Suite: Develop novel machine learning models for optimization, intelligent experimentation, and forecasting.
• Agile & AI-Accelerated Development Pipeline: Champion the use of modern developer tools (Cursor, Claude code/Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to drastically accelerate the coding cycle, ship features fast, and iterate quickly.
• Team & Culture: You will be instrumental in recruiting, leading, and mentoring the founding engineering team post-funding, setting the standard for a culture of innovation, radical transparency, and high-velocity execution.
• Physics-Driven Simulation Engine: Architect and build the core system that combines real-world rules of physics with modern machine learning to accurately simulate semiconductor physics.
• Physics-Informed AI for "Small Data": You will build specialized AI models that use the known laws of physics to make highly accurate predictions and recommendations using very little data.
• Seamless Scientific Integration (The Tech Stack): Bridge the gap between complex science and user experience. You will be responsible for building heavy physics simulators (developing something akin to the open-source ViennaPS and ViennaTS suites from the ground up), and wrapping them into modern, lightning-fast web APIs (using Python and FastAPI). You will integrate advanced scientific ML libraries (PyTorch, SciPy) with our front-end stack (React, TypeScript) using asynchronous task queues (Celery/Redis) to ensure that running a massive semiconductor simulation feels as fast and intuitive as a modern SaaS app.

• A World-Class Technologist: You have a deep, formal background (Ph.D. preferred) in AI/ML or a related field, with direct experience architecting and building scalable B2B SaaS platforms. You think in terms of multi-tenancy, data isolation, and reliability.
• A Product-Minded Leader: You are obsessed with the user, UI/UX, and passionate about translating complex technology into elegant, intuitive products.
• A Software Architect with a Physics Soul: You understand semiconductor physics variables (pressure, power, gas flow, etch rates) and the limitations of metrology.
• Experience with Scientific Computing: You have hands-on experience with TCAD or similar simulation frameworks, and you know how to wrap traditional physics solvers in modern interfaces.

You will be joining forces with a CEO & Co-Founders who are seasoned veterans in the semiconductor industry. They bring over a decade of senior leadership experience from a top-tier equipment firm, providing an invaluable network and deep domain expertise to drive our business and fundraising strategy.
