🚀 Founding AI Engineer — DealVantage

I'm building DealVantage — an AI-powered legal guidance platform for capital markets attorneys, purpose-built on a proprietary RAG architecture with live SEC/EDGAR integration. Being built for acquisition.

We have a hard demo gate on June 9 at a national SPAC conference. I need a senior AI/full-stack engineer to help oversee the build, validate the architecture, and steer us through that gate and beyond.

What you'll do:

• Oversee and validate a production RAG pipeline (Pinecone, Claude API, Supabase)
• Guide vibe-coding workflow and engineering discipline toward an acquisition-ready codebase
• Partner with the founder on architecture decisions that matter at exit

What we're looking for:

• Production RAG/LLM experience — you've shipped it, not just studied it
• Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase familiarity
• Regulated environment experience (legal, fintech, healthcare) a strong plus
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving pre-revenue startup

The structure:

• Part-time retainer to start — contract/temp
• Firm path to full-time as we hit milestones
• Equity included
