We turn internal knowledge resources, playbooks, recorded calls, and documentation into realistic, scalable, on-demand learning tools, so you don't need live facilitation or expert availability.

The Role

We're looking for a co-founder to own Grasply's entire Go-To-Market engine. It isn't a "set up CRM and run campaigns" role. You'll design, build, and operate an AI-powered revenue system that covers the full customer lifecycle, from first touch through expansion.

We've already built the foundation: an automated GTM system with AI agents that handle data enrichment, lead prioritization, signal detection, and outreach execution across multiple channels. You'll inherit it, improve it, and run it daily.

What you'll own:

  • The full customer pipeline: from awareness through onboarding, adoption, and expansion
  • AI agent workflows: that automate prospecting, enrichment, prioritization, and outreach
  • CRM and data infrastructure: the single source of truth for all customer interactions
  • Multi-channel execution, LinkedIn, email, ads, and meetings
  • Revenue metrics and pipeline reporting: conversion rates, pipeline velocity, revenue projections
  • Pipeline generation: You are responsible for building and converting the pipeline, not just maintaining the system

What you'll do daily:

  • Run the GTM pipeline: review AI agent output, act on prioritized tasks, execute outreach
  • Enrich and prioritize target accounts using ICP criteria and buying signals
  • Build and iterate on AI agent prompts and workflow logic
  • Extend integrations and add new data sources as needed
  • Track and optimize conversion rates across every pipeline stage
  • Report pipeline metrics to the founding team
What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • Builder mindset: you prototype, ship, and iterate. You don't wait for specs or hand off to engineering
  • Python proficiency: You'll read, write, and debug code daily to build and maintain the GTM system
  • API integration experience: REST APIs, rate limiting. You've built integrations with platforms like LinkedIn, Google, enrichment solutions, or CRM tools
  • GTM domain knowledge: you understand sales funnels, pipeline stages, ICP scoring, and outbound/inbound motions. You've done this before, either as a founder or as an early GTM hire
  • AI/LLM fluency: experience with Claude, GPT, or similar. You can design agent workflows, write effective prompts, and evaluate output quality
  • Comfort with ambiguity: this is a co-founder role at a pre-seed startup. You'll make decisions with incomplete information and own the outcomes
  • Willingness to work for equity only for the first 6 months: you believe in the mission enough to invest your time before salary kicks in

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience selling to L&D, HR, or Enablement buyers in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with revenue frameworks like Winning by Design or MEDDIC
  • Experience with ad platform APIs (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
  • Prior founding experience: you've been an employee #1-5 at a startup before
CompensationFirst 6 months: equity only

No salary. You vest co-founder equity from day one, proving mutual fit and commitment before the company takes on salary obligations.

After 6 months: salary + equity

Base salary begins, calibrated to stage and fundraising status.

Equity

Co-founder-level grant with standard 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff. We'll negotiate the specific percentage based on experience and the scope of contributions.
