Founding AI Product Engineer at AI Startup

Looking for an ambitious AI product engineer to own real production systems and scale an AI startup.

Location: Soho, Manhattan, NYC

Type: Full-time, in-person (6-day weeks)

Besty AI is a fast-growing startup of 12 people, with 6 engineers. We're building the AI brain for the $360B short‑term‑rental industry.

• You’ll be one of our first AI product engineering hires and shape the culture, with opportunities for impact and leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale core AI production systems
• Own product features end-to-end, from ideation to deployment
• Develop and integrate complex LLM workflows into real-world applications

You Might Be a Fit If

• You have deep experience building complex AI systems or agents
• Early adopter and power user of AI tools to 10x your own workflow
• Hungry, curious, and comfortable with minimal structure
• You bias for shipping: fast feedback, tight loops
