Orchestrator is building an autonomous intelligence layer—infrastructure that enables continuous reasoning, predictive decision-making, and real-time execution inside enterprise workflows. We are focused on building scalable, production-grade systems that integrate across data sources, models, and operational environments.

We are looking for a Founding DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage the infrastructure that powers Orchestrator. This is a zero-to-one role focused on creating reliable, scalable systems that support continuous data ingestion, model execution, and real-time intelligence delivery.

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines

• Build event-driven data pipelines and system orchestration workflows

• Support model execution environments and cost-efficient compute usage

• Implement monitoring, logging, and system reliability frameworks

• Ensure scalability, performance, and fault tolerance across systems

• Manage infrastructure supporting real-time and continuous processing systems

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production systems

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and reliability practices

• Ability to work in an early-stage environment with high autonomy

• Strong systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity

This is an equity-based founding team role. This position does not provide salary or cash compensation at this stage. Compensation structure may evolve upon future funding or revenue milestones.

This is a full-time founding team opportunity in a pre-revenue company.
