The Role:

This is a hands-on founding engineer position where you will be shipping fast, shaping architecture, and embedding cutting-edge AI directly into the product

You will be building systems that enable thousands of businesses to operate autonomously

What you’ll do:

⚙️ Build and ship step-changing product features end-to-end

⚙️ Integrate advanced AI capabilities including voice, reasoning, and context management

⚙️ Design and own scalable APIs connecting products and intelligence systems

⚙️ Architect data pipelines that power decision-making and agent context

⚙️ Build backend systems for knowledge extraction, enrichment, and automation

⚙️ Contribute to DevOps practices across CI/CD, infrastructure, and observability

What we’re looking for:

👩 💻 Deep full-stack JavaScript or strong backend Python expertise
