Job Description: Join a founding team of repeat YC founders who have built and sold before, with their last company acquired by an $80B enterprise. They raised $6M from top investors including YC and notable angels, hit strong early revenue traction faster than almost any company at their stage, and are already trusted by dozens of top YC companies to run their outbound. They are now hiring their first engineers to build the core AI agent infrastructure. This is a seat at the founding table, not an IC role at a growth stage company.
Location: San Francisco, CA (Union Square), 5 days a week in-office

What you will do:
- Architect and build AI agents that discover hyper-targeted leads by understanding ideal customer profiles, conference attendees, hiring signals, and real-time behavioral data across social platforms
- Build multi-channel sequence orchestration across email and LinkedIn, managing dozens of email domains and sender accounts at scale, with beautiful and intuitive interfaces on top
- Work directly with customers, iterate fast based on their feedback, and own critical systems that drive real revenue outcomes for a growing base of high-signal companies
The ideal candidate:
- 0 to 4 years of fullstack engineering experience at a B2B SaaS company or high-growth VC-backed startup, with hands-on experience building AI and LLM-powered products in production, and a CS degree from a strong program
- Strong fullstack ability across TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python, with genuine systems thinking around distributed systems, concurrency, and performance, plus signals of exceptional technical ability like Olympiads, RSI, or competitive programming
- High agency and ownership, someone who identifies problems and solves them without being asked, not a frontend-only engineer, not someone who needs step-by-step direction, and not someone coming from a slow-moving large enterprise
