Role Description

We’re hiring a Founding Product Engineer (Mobile-First) to take ownership of the core mobile experience and help scale the platform across a growing portfolio of travel brands.

This is a hybrid role based in Dallas (with flexibility), working directly with the founders and CTO.

You’ll be responsible for building and refining our React Native / Expo mobile applications, while contributing across the broader product stack (web + backend as needed).

This role requires someone who can operate with a high degree of ownership — translating complex requirements into clean, high-quality product experiences.

• Own and evolve our React Native / Expo mobile applications
• Ship features end-to-end across:
• Mobile (primary surface area)
• Web dashboard (Next.js)
• Translate complex itinerary and operational data into intuitive user experiences
• Improve onboarding and activation flows for enterprise and mid-market clients
• Debug and optimize production systems for performance and reliability
• Collaborate closely with leadership on product direction and prioritization

• Strong experience with React Native / Expo (required)
• Solid experience with React / modern web frameworks (Next.js or similar)
• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining production mobile applications
• Ability to work across the stack when needed
• Strong product judgment and attention to detail
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Experience working with third-party APIs or complex data systems
• Familiarity with real-time systems, notifications, or mobile performance optimization
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Exposure to travel, logistics, or marketplace platforms

• Work on a product used by hundreds of travel brands and thousands of travelers globally
• Build infrastructure that powers a premium, branded travel experience
• Operate with high ownership and direct impact on customers and revenue
