Role Description 

We are hiring a Founding Senior Full Stack Engineer for a full-time job in leading the design and development of our core platform. 

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end system architecture, drive technical decisions, and build scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with leadership, product, and data teams to translate complex requirements into robust engineering solutions. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack systems  
• Architect and build high-performance frontend and backend services  
• Own critical components of the platform, ensuring reliability and scalability  
• Optimize system performance, latency, and cost efficiency  
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and review processes  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and AI teams  
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth  
• Drive technical roadmap and contribute to long-term platform strategy  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field  
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development  
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue)  
• Deep experience with back-end development (e.g., Python, Node.js, or similar)  
• Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems  
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and database design  
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices  
• Proven ability to debug, optimize, and scale production systems  
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
