We are looking for an engineer who operates like a founder—someone who can build the product, refine the AI's "brain," and talk to the people using it.

The Role: This is a high-leverage role combining product building with deep technical evaluation.
End-to-End Build: Lead development across the full stack (FE/BE), ensuring a seamless user experience and a scalable backend.
AI Quality & Algorithm Design: Go beyond the wrapper. You will design algorithms to evaluate AI system performance, ensuring our models are accurate, reliable, and safe.
Customer-Facing Engineering: We don’t have "layers" between you and the user. You will communicate directly with customers to understand pain points and translate them into code.
Requirements
Deep Domain Expertise (One of the following):
- Full Stack Mastery: Expert-level capability in modern web stacks.
- Quality & AI Research: Experience in algorithm design and evaluating complex AI/ML systems.
- Distributed Systems: Experience building systems that stay up when things get heavy2
You are a power user of Coding Agents (Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, etc.).
You don't just use AI to write "boilerplate"—you use it to research, refactor, and ship at a velocity that makes traditional engineers look like they’re standing still.
You understand how to audit AI-generated code for security and performance.
