ReClym is an early-stage (fundraising) startup building the AI-powered operating system for independent therapy practices. We're solving two of the biggest problems in behavioral health simultaneously: the administrative and billing burden that drives therapists out of insurance networks, and the 10,030 minutes between sessions where clinicians have zero visibility into their patients.

We're pre-seed, angel-funded, with 16 therapists signed for beta and a founding engineering team already in place. This is a ground-floor role.

Why this matters

80% of non-physician mental health providers practice out-of-network because insurance reimbursement is 22% lower than for medical providers. 40–60% of patients drop out of therapy before treatment works. 5.4 million young Americans already use AI chatbots for mental health support with zero clinical supervision.

ReClym is the only platform building a continuous data loop and doing it in a way that keeps therapists independent.

Compensation: Equity-first, with bridge salary introduced post-fundraise.

The Role

You will own the intelligence layer of the ReClym platform. Our Senior Founding Engineer owns the HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and full-stack foundation; your work runs on top of it.

This is not a research role. You will design, build, and iterate on production AI systems that real therapists and patients use from day one.

ElevenLabs or Smallest AI for the conversational voice agents (BAA required)

What we're looking for

Strong Python and LLM prompt engineering - you've built production conversational AI systems, not just demos
Experience designing multi-agent architectures or complex conversational flows
Comfort with HIPAA or healthcare data constraints or the discipline to learn them fast and take them seriously
The product judgment to build AI that supports clinical decisions rather than replacing them

Nice to have: prior experience with clinical NLP, medical transcription, or behavioral health technology. Experience with Bedrock specifically.
