Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is a hybrid of a Full-Stack Software Engineer and a Prompt Engineer, designed for a builder who can bridge the gap between user needs and AI capabilities.

As a Product Engineer, you will not only build the architecture and interfaces of the Intelligenic platform but also design the sophisticated prompt strategies that power its intelligence. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of AI-driven features, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and provide an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack AI software solutions using Python, JavaScript, and React.js.
Prompt Engineering: Design and refine high-quality prompts (zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought) to maximize the accuracy and usability of AI-generated responses.
AI Integration: Integrate and extend large language models (LLMs) and machine learning algorithms to automate SDLC tasks and extract data insights.
System Architecture: Build and maintain microservices, responsive user interfaces, and optimized database structures.
Optimization & Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance benchmarking of prompt variations and software features.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope and translate user requirements into technical prompt strategies.
Quality Assurance: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to AI output quality, latency, or alignment.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Python.
Demonstrated ability to design, iterate, and optimize prompts for language models.

Technical Skills

Front-end/Back-end: Proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Django.
AI/NLP: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (GPT series), LangChain, and NLP libraries (Transformers, spaCy, Hugging Face).
Infrastructure: Experience with microservices, vector search solutions, and cloud services like Microsoft Azure AI.
SDLC: A deep understanding of the software development life cycle and modern MLOps frameworks.

Core Competencies

Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, pre-seed environment.
Interest in human-computer interaction and UX design.

Compensation Note

This position is compensated with pre-seed equity only to start. As we are in the pre-seed phase, we do not have the capacity to offer a salary immediately. However, we anticipate securing funding within the next 12 months, at which point we plan to introduce competitive salaries.
