What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable production systems and APIs
• Integrate and deploy AI/LLM-powered automation to streamline complex workflows
• Work across the entire tech stack — from backend services to frontend applications
• Contribute to architecture and technical strategy in a fast-paced startup setting
• Prototype and iterate rapidly to deliver new features and capabilities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align engineering work with business objectives
• Manage integration with legacy systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  

What We’re Looking For

• Startup mindset & initiative: A self-starter who excels in ambiguity and fast-moving environments, driving results independently
• AI & innovation focus: Hands-on experience with large language models, automation frameworks, or AI-powered products, and a practical understanding of generative AI in production
• Technical excellence: 3+ years building and maintaining production-grade software, with strong engineering fundamentals and sound judgment
• Full-stack development skills: Proficiency with REST APIs, web frameworks, relational databases, and modern backend languages; experience with NodeJS / NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, OpenAI / Gemini, and Google Cloud Platform is a plus
• Collaborative spirit: Excellent communicator who thrives working closely with teammates across disciplines
