Funnel & Web Systems Builder
Build High-Converting Websites and Workshop Funnels
Most companies have broken websites.
They look good.
They load slowly.
They don’t convert.
Same with funnels and workshops.
Traffic comes in.
Nothing happens.
That’s not a traffic problem.
That’s a system problem.
We’re building something different.
creatorXchange is building the infrastructure for the distribution economy. Our growth depends on websites, funnels, and workshops that convert consistently.
This role owns that system.
You are not just “building pages.”
You are responsible for building and optimizing:
👉 the systems that turn traffic into revenue
This includes:
- the main creatorXchange website
- landing pages
- workshop funnels
- conversion flows across the entire journey
If it touches conversion, you own it.
You will:
- Build and ship pages and funnels (fast)
- Own the structure and flow of workshop funnels
- Implement and improve conversion elements across pages
- Optimize for registration, attendance, and purchase
- Continuously test and improve performance
You are both:
- the builder
- the optimizer
Not one or the other.
This role requires a specific combination of skills.
In order of importance:
You can actually build.
- Framer, Webflow, or similar
- Landing pages, funnels, site structure
- You don’t rely on someone else to implement
If you cannot build, this is not the role.
You understand:
- why pages convert
- how to improve performance
- how to structure flows for results
You don’t guess.
You test and improve.
You are not the designer.
But you understand:
- how layout impacts conversion
- how clarity beats complexity
- how to work with design, not against it
- Not just design
- Not just development
- Not just marketing
This is a hybrid role focused on building + converting.
If you do this right:
- traffic turns into pipeline
- workshops convert consistently
- growth becomes predictable
If this fails:
- traffic is wasted
- funnels leak
- revenue stalls
This is a direct revenue role.
What You BringYou’ve:
- Built websites or funnels yourself (not just designed them)
- Improved conversion rates through testing and iteration
- Worked in environments where speed and output matter
You think in:
- flow, not pages
- conversion, not aesthetics
- outcomes, not activity
You ship fast and improve continuously.
- Ownership over a core growth system
- Direct impact on revenue performance
- Ability to build systems that scale beyond one campaign
- Exposure to a new category, the distribution economy
We do not hire based on resumes.
Process:
- Video application
- Group interview
- Deep dive interview
- Paid test (you will build or improve a real page or funnel)
We hire based on execution.
If you:
- cannot build pages yourself
- focus only on design without understanding conversion
- move slowly or overthink simple execution
This will not work.
If you can build and optimize systems that convert, apply.
