We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation fintech platform. This role focuses on moving beyond simple chatbots to building autonomous Agentic systems. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex financial tasks using n8n, integrating diverse financial APIs, and deploying Local LLMs to ensure data privacy and high-speed processing.

• Agentic Orchestration: Design and implement autonomous agents using n8n and framework-agnostic logic to automate financial workflows.
• System Interconnectivity: Develop and maintain robust integrations between our core app and third-party tools via APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Local LLM Deployment: Set up, fine-tune, and maintain self-hosted LLMs (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral) to handle sensitive financial data securely.
• Advanced RAG Pipelines: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to provide the AI with real-time, accurate context from financial documents and databases.
• Prompt Engineering: Architect complex, version-controlled prompts to ensure high reliability and structured output (JSON/Function Calling) for financial transactions.

• Automation: Expert-level knowledge of n8n, LangChain, or similar workflow orchestration tools.
• Development: Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js for custom tool building and API development.
• Local AI Ops: Hands-on experience with Ollama, vLLM, or LM Studio for running models locally.
• Knowledge Architectures: Deep understanding of RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector), and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Fintech Mindset: A strong grasp of security best practices, data masking, and audit trails.

• Experience with financial APIs.
• Familiarity with "Human-in-the-loop" (HITL) design patterns to ensure financial accuracy.
• Prior experience building AI tools that require 99.9% factual accuracy (zero tolerance for hallucination).
