About the Role
We're hiring a GTM Engineer — a new-era hybrid role that sits at the intersection of demand generation, revenue operations, and AI-native tooling. This is not a traditional marketing ops or sales ops seat. You will build, automate, and optimize the systems that drive pipeline for our clients — using Claude Code, agentic workflows, and modern demand generation infrastructure.
You'll work directly with our CEO and a small, high-output team. If you thrive in ambiguity, ship fast, and get energy from building things that actually move revenue — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain agentic outbound workflows using Claude Code, Clay, and API-first tools
- - Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email + LinkedIn) across SmartLead, HeyReach, EmailBison, and Lemlist
- - Architect and manage CRM pipelines, lead routing, and scoring systems in HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
- - Create and refine ICP definitions, persona targeting, and signal-based lead lists using Clay, Apollo, and custom data enrichment
- - Build AI agents and automations that replace manual GTM processes — reply classification, lead qualification, meeting booking, data enrichment
- - Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on copy, targeting, and sequencing
- - Own the technical execution layer for client engagements end-to-end
What We're Looking For
- Extensive hands-on experience with Claude Code and agentic AI development (building automations, skills, workflows — not just prompting)
- - Deep proficiency with modern demand generation tools: Clay, Apollo, SmartLead, HeyReach, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar
- - Strong CRM depth — able to build custom objects, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting in HubSpot or Salesforce
- - Experience building and shipping outbound campaigns that generate real pipeline (not vanity metrics)
- - Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- - Ability to context-switch fast and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- - Self-directed operator mentality — you don't wait for tickets, you see the gap and fill it
- - Familiarity with AI-native tools and workflows: Claude, MCP servers, prompt engineering, AI agents, and LLM-powered automations
Bonus Points
- Experience at an agency or multi-client environment
- - Background in RevOps, SDR/BDR management, or demand generation
- - Familiarity with Airtable as an operational backbone
- - Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and intent data platforms (Bombora, G2, 6sense)
