About the Role

We are looking for our first GTM Engineer—a builder who sits at the intersection of outbound prospecting, marketing automation, and systems architecture. This is not a traditional marketing role, and it’s definitely not a pure SDR role.

This is a systems-builder role. You will be responsible for designing and scaling the growth engine that powers our qualified pipeline. You’ll work directly with the founders to turn growth experiments into repeatable revenue infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the Engine: Design and automate outbound workflows across email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Targeting & Data: Build high-intent prospect lists and manage the data flow across our GTM stack.
  • Experimentation: Launch, test, and iterate on growth experiments—from landing pages and funnels to creative acquisition strategies.
  • Automation: Create seamless workflows that remove friction from the sales process.
  • The North Star: Your primary metric is Qualified Pipeline Generated.

  • The Systems Thinker: You love automations and think in terms of funnels, conversion metrics, and scale.
  • The Experimenter: You’re comfortable with "messy" problems and enjoy testing a hypothesis, measuring the result, and pivoting quickly.
  • The Self-Starter: You work well independently, move fast, and prefer high ownership over micro-management.
  • The Tech Enthusiast: You likely have experience with AI tools and modern growth infrastructure.
