Join a Sydney based SaaS startup with a strong client base building a first to market product in their space; looking for a Lead Engineer to take ownership of engineering as they scale.

-AI-first engineering (Claude Clode)

-Building a modular, configurable platform (not custom builds)

-Small team (~5 people) → high ownership, high impact

-C#, .Net & Typescript,/ Node.js, React.js, Azure, PostgreSQL

-API-first, workflow-driven architecture

🎯 The role

-Own engineering direction

-Work closely with founder

-Lead a junior dev + help scale team

-Build from early-stage → global platform

👤 Ideal profile

-10-15 years experience

-Strong full-stack engineer (FE + BE)

-Startup or small-team experience

Comfortable with ambiguity

Interested in AI-assisted development

Builder mindset > pure enterprise background
