About Us
Objection is building the truth infrastructure for the next century: fast, adversarial, AI-native adjudication at civilizational scale.
We are creating a platform for structured dispute resolution — adversarial fact-checking with ELO-rated participants, AI-assisted evidentiary analysis, and transparent methodology. We operate with complete editorial and institutional independence.
We run on a deliberate cadence: three weeks per month fully distributed, asynchronous, deep work; one week per month mandatory in-person for alignment, architectural debates, and strategic decisions. When remote, we operate on GMT time.
Each month, the company meets in the city we believe is the best at that time of year. Our current rotation includes Nassau (winter), New York City (spring and autumn), and London/Europe (summer). We follow seasonality and intensity. Strategy in Nassau. Commercial tempo in NYC. Institutional engagement cycles in Europe.
Why This Exists
We don’t pretend to have mapped every role we need. Objection is building something that has no precedent, and some of the most important contributions will come from people whose skills don’t fit a conventional job description.
This is an open application for high-agency individuals who look at what we are building and see where they belong — before we do.
Who You Are
We cannot give you a job spec. But we know the type of person we want:
- You have built something meaningful — a product, a company, a team, a body of work
- You are self-directed and do not wait for permission or instruction
- You operate with intellectual honesty and hold yourself to a high standard
- You write clearly and think in structured prose
- You are comfortable with AI tooling and use it to multiply your output
- You move fast, learn fast, and do not confuse activity with progress
What This Role Is Not
- Not a speculative application for anyone looking for any job
- Not a way around our published roles — if one of those fits, apply there
- Not for people who need a defined scope to get started

Compensation & Structure
- Compensation: $50,000–$150,000 annually, depending on role and seniority
- Fully remote, with mandatory monthly in-person summits in rotating global cities (Nassau, NYC, London/Europe)
- Round-trip flights, hotel accommodation, and structured summit programming provided
- Meaningful equity grants and annual performance bonus
- Role, title, and scope will be defined around the right candidate
