About the Role
As a Product Engineer, you will sit at the center of the member experience, translating powerful AI capabilities into beautiful, intuitive, and reliable product features. This is a highly cross-functional role spanning frontend, backend, and AI integration, with direct ownership over user-facing experiences.
You’ll partner closely with AI and backend teams to bring sophisticated LLM-powered systems to life through thoughtful product design and high-quality engineering.
What You Will Do
To give you a sense of the impact you’ll have, here are some projects you may own:
- AI-Powered Triage: Build the full-stack experience for an AI triage tool that guides users through clear, conversational flows to help them find the right level of care—saving time, money, and stress.
- The Infinitely Patient Care Partner: Develop real-time, streaming chat interfaces for an AI care partner that feels supportive, empathetic, and human.
- Proactive Health Engine: Own full-stack systems that surface AI-driven insights to users through personalized in-app notifications and interactive modules that encourage preventive care.
- End-to-End Feature Ownership: Build and maintain features across the entire stack, from Python/Postgres backend APIs to modern web and mobile frontends.
What We’re Looking For

Required
- Strong experience shipping high-quality, full-stack consumer applications
- Proficiency with Python, Postgres, TypeScript, and React (React Native a plus)
- Proven ability to own 0→1 product features from concept to production
- Strong product intuition and attention to UX details
- Comfort integrating APIs (including LLM-powered services) into user-facing products
- High standards for code quality and maintainability
- Fluency using AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated domains such as healthcare or fintech
- Strong eye for visual design and interaction details
- Prior experience building mobile applications
Compensation
- Base Salary: $200,000 – $220,000
- Additional: Performance bonus + equity
- Final compensation determined by experience, skill level, and interview performance
