Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Front end leaning)

Job Location: Fully Remote

Job Salary: $160 -  $180k/yr DOE + Equity + Full Benefits!

Requirements: 6+ years of full stack engineering (React, Node OR Go) + start up experience + AI skills/interests

Job Description:

We are pioneering the first wealth tech data orchestration platform, streamlining financial workflows, enhancing efficiency, and elevating client experiences. Committed to innovation and excellence, we're reshaping the landscape of finance. 

We are seeking a talented front-end leaning engineer to spearhead the development of our early product experience. This individual will be instrumental in establishing our engineering culture, building end-to-end user-facing features, heavily influencing our UX Design system, and significantly contributing to the product roadmap and architectural choices.

Our  Stack:  React, Node, Fastify, MUI, React Query, Vite, Storybook, Playwright

Where you'll make an impact:

  • Lead development of major user flows (e.g., self-service onboarding, data reconciliation, digital account opening).
  • Define and enforce frontend architecture and standards for component abstraction, state management, performance, and accessibility.
  • Establish and scale the design system/UI toolkit collaboratively with Design and Product to ensure a polished and consistent experience.
  • Shape the technical vision and roadmap as an early team member, influencing key product and engineering decisions.
  • Elevate team efficiency by improving developer tooling, CI/CD, testing workflows, and mentoring new engineers as we grow.

Who you are:

  • A front end leaning engineer with 6+ years of experience delivering complex, high-performance and scalable user-facing systems
  • An expert in modern web development (preferably React), specializing in component architecture and refined UX.
  • High-ownership IC eager to contribute in an early-stage setting.
  • Action-oriented; proactively improves product and frontend architecture.
  • Customer-centric engineer with strong intuition for usability, accessibility, and product quality.


Bonus points if you have any experience in any of the following areas

  • FinTech 
  • Early-stage startups (e.g., among the first three engineers)
  • Open-source software development and maintenance
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: founded a company or launched personal projects.
  • AI prompting, models, and tools, capable of mentoring others.
