What We’re Looking For
To help us achieve our mission we’re looking for a Software engineer, especially Backend. We are product-obsessed. Everything we create needs to be better than any existing version of it on the market - and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that standard is upheld.
✔️ You have a Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in backend development.
✔️ Passion for solving complex technical challenges and designing scalable software solutions. You understand technical tradeoffs and make pragmatic decisions.
✔️ Experience building AI-driven applications (e.g. prompt engineering and/or fine-tuning experience are a plus).
✔️ A growth mindset - eager to learn, experiment, and expand your knowledge.
What You’ll Do
✔️ You'll be focused on back-end development of our recruitment platform, working mainly with Typescript and Node.js.
✔️ You’ll work on core product features and Backend code improvements, ensuring all systems can support the growth of our customer base.
✔️ Take part in product refinement, brainstorming, prioritization sessions and impact both WHAT and HOW we build.
