Software Engineer
On behalf of our client, we are hiring for a Software Engineer (Python).

The company is building the next generation of customer service through AI Agents. Their agents handle calls, respond to emails and WhatsApp messages, make bookings, process payments, and operate CRM systems in the same way a human would.
Founded in June 2023, the company participated in the Y Combinator S23 batch. The founding team spent several months in San Francisco immersed in AI development. Since then, they have achieved ~30% month-on-month revenue growth while rapidly shipping new features. Most recently, they raised a $13M Series A to accelerate their expansion.
They are developing AI voice agents designed to help trade businesses operate more efficiently, scale faster, and deliver improved customer experiences. As an early-stage engineer, the successful candidate will play a key role not only in building products, but also in shaping how the company evolves, interacts with customers, and scales.

What You Bring
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to design, debug, and deliver reliable systems.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, or the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Experience building and shipping AI-driven products end-to-end (startup, personal projects, open source, or enterprise).
- Comfort working across the stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure).
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A demonstrated track record of initiative and ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience in early-stage startups, particularly within AI, voice platforms, or event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, serverless architectures, distributed systems).
- Strong customer empathy, whether through support, founding experience, or building user-centric products.
