A exceptional early-stage team, founded by former executives and founding members from Palantir and Anduril, is building the AI brain for the world's industrial infrastructure. Backed by the early investors in Applied Intuition, Physical Intelligence, and Ramp, and assembled from top engineers across Google, Zipline, and beyond, this is a team that has built category-defining companies before and is doing it again. The company embeds directly into industrial facilities (manufacturing, chemicals, biologics, oil & gas etc) connecting to control systems to ingest data, close observability gaps, and autonomously adjust how production runs. They are currently in paid pilots with real customers, pricing discussions are underway, and first revenue is weeks away. This Software Engineer will join the founding engineering team and own core platform infrastructure building the distributed systems backbone that powers real-time data ingestion, decision-making, and actuation across customer deployments. Deep product involvement and direct customer exposure are baked into the role from day one.

The market they are targeting is a $227B industry growing toward $500B - one that has gone largely untouched by modern AI and still runs on rigid, decades-old control logic. The engineers who join now will have genuine influence over technical architecture and product direction at the moment it matters most.

Key experience:

• 5+ Years' experience in Software Engineering in elite companies (FAANG, Top tech orgs, Startups etc)
• Strong backend engineering foundation with hands-on experience building complex, high-reliability distributed systems at scale
• A customer-obsessed mindset - comfortable working directly with operators and customers to understand problems and shape solutions
• Experience in a high-bar engineering culture (Palantir, Anduril, Stripe, or equivalent) where ownership, rigour, and product instinct are the norm
• Full-stack capability is a plus, but the priority is exceptional backend depth and the ability to own systems end-to-end
