Technical Co-Founder
Dealiyo is looking for a true technical co-founder.
Not a contractor. Not a “CTO in title only.” Not someone looking for a comfortable corporate role.
We are building what we believe is the future infrastructure layer for NIL, creator marketing, and AI-powered deal orchestration.
Dealiyo is an AI-powered legaltech and marketplace platform that allows athletes, creators, and businesses to:
- negotiate NIL and creator marketing deals live,
- automatically generate legal agreements,
- receive AI-powered contract analysis,
- discover brand opportunities,
- and eventually leverage agentic AI systems to help source, negotiate, execute, and manage deals autonomously.
We are looking for an elite AI-native engineer/builder to help architect and scale this platform from the ground up with meaningful equity ownership.
This role is for someone deeply experienced in:
- AI systems
- agentic workflows
- marketplace infrastructure
- workflow automation
- recommendation/matching engines
- AI-assisted product development
- growth systems
- rapid product iteration

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Strong full-stack engineering experience
- Deep understanding of AI/LLMs and modern tooling
- Experience building AI-native products and systems
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or recommendation systems
- Experience with agent frameworks/orchestration systems
- Experience building automation infrastructure and internal operational systems
- Startup mentality and ability to move extremely fast
- Strong product intuition and systems thinking
- Interest in long-term ownership and equity value creation
Massive plus if you have experience with:
- legaltech
- marketplace businesses
- marketing automation and workflows
- creator economy tooling
- growth infrastructure
- AI workflow orchestration
- NIL/sports tech
- outbound automation systems
The long-term vision is not simply a marketplace.
