We operate at the intersection of live music, premium hospitality, and fan experience.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced agentic AI developer to design, build, and evolve intelligent tools and automated workflows exclusively in support of our CEO. This is a net-new builder role -- you will not be maintaining legacy systems. You will be creating tools from scratch and making nascent ones meaningfully smarter. This is a highly autonomous role with direct executive visibility. There is no product team, no PM, and no sprint planning. You will receive a goal, ask the right question, and ship a working solution. We use Claude as our preferred AI layer, but we are looking for someone with deep agentic AI expertise who can bring their own framework knowledge and judgment to each problem -- the right tool for the job matters more than vendor loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI systems from the ground up -- autonomous workflows, tool-use pipelines, and multi-step reasoning systems
- Select the right AI framework, model, and architecture for each problem rather than defaulting to a single stack
- Translate high-level executive requests into scoped, functional tools with minimal back-and-forth
- Build in human-in-the-loop controls where appropriate, balancing autonomy with executive oversight
- Evolve early-stage or proof-of-concept tools into reliable, production-grade systems
- Maintain code quality and documentation so tools remain reliable and extensible over time
- Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and propose agentic solutions before being asked
- Own the full lifecycle of each tool from initial scoping through deployment and ongoing support
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to independently scope, build, and deploy production AI systems with real users.
- Demonstrated production experience building agentic AI systems -- autonomous workflows, tool-use pipelines, or multi-step reasoning applications that operate in real environments
- Hands-on experience with one or more major LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent) at the tool-use and orchestration layer
- Deep understanding of agentic design patterns: planning, memory, tool selection, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop controls
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and / or Python
- Prior experience building tools directly for an executive, founder, or senior operator with limited direction and no PM layer
- Strong written communication skills -- you will need to document your work and interface directly with the CEO
- Comfort working autonomously in an unstructured environment where requirements evolve quickly
Required Skills
- Specific experience with Claude and the Anthropic API, including system prompt architecture, tool use, and MCP server integration
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent
- Experience evaluating and benchmarking LLM outputs for reliability in production agentic systems
- Background in live events, hospitality, entertainment, or a similarly fast-paced operations environment
- Experience designing simple, functional UI for executive-facing internal tools
- Understanding of model selection tradeoffs, token cost management, and latency optimization across different use cases
Preferred Skills
- Speed: The ability to move from a vague request to a working tool quickly is more valuable than perfect architecture.
- Judgment: You will often receive a goal without a spec. The ability to ask the right clarifying question -- and only one -- matters.
- Pragmatism: Simple and functional beats elegant and over-built. Tools that work and get used are the goal.
- Autonomy: This role has no manager layer between you and the CEO. Self-direction and proactive communication are non-negotiable.
