A fast-moving startup is hiring an AI Engineer to help fundamentally transform the daily work of traders and quantitative researchers. This is not a support or maintenance position. The engineer will develop production-grade AI systems that become central to how elite professionals operate every single day.

The role involves designing and building robust AI agents in Python to streamline key trading and research workflows, integrating cutting-edge AI models and external tools with speed and precision, and creating systems to evaluate, monitor, and continuously enhance agent performance. The engineer will work closely with traders, quants, and fellow engineers to deliver tools that deliver tangible results.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of strong Python development experience, hands-on expertise building AI agents with modern frameworks, and a solid command of AI/ML libraries and third-party integrations. They will have a true builder mindset, high ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting. US work authorization is required.
