WHAT YOU'LL DO

We're looking for builders who ship. You'll be:

Building with modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, LangChain, LangGraph, and beyond)
Designing AI agents & AI employees to automate complex workflows
Working hands-on with real client data (mapping, quality, integration)
Creating automation and intelligent bots that drive ROI
Leveraging ETL tools and automation platforms to integrate, transform, and orchestrate data across systems
Scaling a platform across industries like manufacturing, construction, and healthcare

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need everything — but you should bring serious strength in a few areas:

AI-assisted / vibe coding experience (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
Exposure to LangChain / LangGraph / agent frameworks
Strong data fundamentals (analytics, modeling, integrity)
Experience with ETL tools and automation platforms
Experience building real-world AI tools (bots, workflows, agents)
Builder mindset — fast execution, fast learning
Strong communication in a tight, high-performance team

ADDITIONAL TOOLS & PLATFORMS (PREFERRED / NICE TO HAVE)

We're also looking for candidates who have experience with — or the ability to quickly learn and master — modern automation and AI tooling, including n8n, Zapier, Activepieces, ElevenLabs, and Skyvia. The key is not just familiarity — but the ability to understand the finer intricacies of these tools and apply them effectively in real-world, enterprise scenarios.
