Company Overview
The Fundworks, LLC is a provider of alternative financing to small businesses and merchants, focusing on both healthy and challenged companies. We ourselves are a team of entrepreneurs who have spent our careers growing small entrepreneur and family-owned companies. We are looking for the right individual to join our team, who is ready to learn and use their skills and experience to add value to our ever-growing company.
About The Role
The Fundworks is rapidly integrating AI into everything we do. We're seeking a hands-on technologist with strong coding skills and deep knowledge of AI implementation for process improvement — someone who loves experimenting with AI tools, writing code to build practical solutions, and turning ideas into real productivity gains.
This is not a research or academic role — it's a builder position. You'll spend most of your time coding lightweight internal tools, implementing AI-driven automations and workflows, and driving measurable process improvements across the company — including enhancing our risk models and risk-based decision-making.
You'll work directly with leadership, enjoy high ownership, and help shape our AI strategy from the ground up.
