We’re looking for builders—people who can take an idea from concept to production, think in systems, and move fast without sacrificing quality.

🔧What You’ll Do

Design and build AI-powered applications end-to-end (from prototype to production)
Architect scalable systems integrating LLMs, APIs, and data pipelines
Work with models and tools from leading ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
Rapidly prototype and iterate using modern AI workflows (prompting, evals, orchestration)
Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to turn ideas into shipped features
Optimize performance, reliability, and cost of AI systems in production
Stay on top of emerging tools, models, and frameworks—and apply them pragmatically

🚀 Qualifications

3+ years of experience building or shipping AI products (LLMs, AI tools, or similar)
AI ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
Programming skills (Python preferred) and experience with APIs
Solid understanding of system design and scalable architectures
Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompt design, integrations, or fine-tuning)
Ability to move fast, experiment, and iterate with a high level of ownership

Have written or experimented with Python, APIs, or lightweight prototypes
Have worked in a startup or zero-to-one environment
