Applied AI Product Engineer

Wick | Applied AI Product Engineer | REMOTE | Contract (to hire) We're a funded, Atlanta-based audience intelligence platform — we sit between enterprise teams' raw market data (surveys, engagement, research) and their AI stack, giving models the market context they need to reason accurately. Looking for someone who lives in prompts. You'll own the AI experience end-to-end: write them, eval them, watch real users break them, make them measurably better. We have an AI architect. We don't need another one. You're either shipping production LLM features professionally, or you're running local models at home because you can't help yourself. Either works. Familiarity with RAG, evals tooling (Braintrust, Langfuse), and the major model providers matters. Domain background in market research or audience analytics is a bonus. Apply: stephanie@wick.io
