What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy AI agents that handle multi-step tasks
- Integrate models with tools, APIs, and data sources
- Design prompting, memory, and decision-making logic
- Improve reliability, guardrails, and system behavior in production
What We’re Looking For
- Experience building LLM or agent-based systems beyond prototypes
- Strong Python and backend engineering skills
- Understanding of RAG, tool use, and structured workflows
- Pragmatic mindset - focused on what works in the real world
