They’re hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and real-world deployment.

What will I be doing:

• Work hands-on with customers to uncover operational challenges and build solutions in the field
• Turn one-off deployments into scalable, repeatable product features
• Own end-to-end rollouts - from IT integration to C-suite alignment
• Deploy across Germany, the EU, and the US with global manufacturing leaders
• Collaborate directly with founders to shape product and company direction

• A builder mindset - you simplify messy, real-world problems into effective solutions
• Python proficiency
• Fast learner with strong listening skills and sharp attention to detail
• Confident working across technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent German and English
