Founding Forward Deployed Engineer (German Speaking)

They’re hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and real-world deployment.

What will I be doing:

Work hands-on with customers to uncover operational challenges and build solutions in the field
Turn one-off deployments into scalable, repeatable product features
Own end-to-end rollouts - from IT integration to C-suite alignment
Deploy across Germany, the EU, and the US with global manufacturing leaders
Collaborate directly with founders to shape product and company direction

What we're looking for:

A builder mindset - you simplify messy, real-world problems into effective solutions
Python proficiency
Fast learner with strong listening skills and sharp attention to detail
Confident working across technical and business stakeholders
Fluent German and English
