Founding AI Engineer (Agentic Systems)

We’re looking for a few exceptional builders to architect our core engine from 0→1. This is not a "wrapper" role—you will be building the autonomous infrastructure that defines our product.

• Deep expertise in Agentic Workflows: You don’t just prompt; you build multi-step, self-correcting, and tool-augmented systems.
• Enterprise-Grade Mindset: You understand how to move agents from "cool demo" to reliable, production-ready systems (think observability, evals, and error handling).
• AI-Augmented Speed: You are a "10x engineer" because you leverage the best tools. You’re already a power user of Claude Code, Cursor, and automated CLI workflows to ship at lightspeed.
• Bonus: You’ve contributed to agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, PydanticAI) or built custom orchestration layers from scratch.

• Own the Architecture: Design and scale our primary agentic loops and backend infrastructure.
• Build High-Reliability Systems: Move past basic RAG into complex, autonomous reasoning chains that actually work in the wild.
• Optimize the Stack: Create internal AI-powered tools and CI/CD pipelines to further accelerate our development velocity.
• Collaborate with Founders: Bridge the gap between "what's possible" and "what's next" for our technical roadmap.
