About Flair Labs

Flair AI is a first-of-its kind agent platform for top real estate and lending teams, building production ready voice AI. We recently closed a seed round and achieved remarkable growth, reaching $1M in revenue within four months.

Our team is composed of experts from Apple, Citi Group and Stanford AI Lab, and we operate out of our in-person office in Palo Alto.

About the role

Skills: Python, FastAPI, Kubernetes, Kafka, Google Cloud

Roles and responsibilities

• Design scalable solutions and ship features for a production-ready voice agent platform.
• Lead initiatives in backend and infrastructure, with opportunities for ownership and growth.
• Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Provide technical support, customer success assistance, and implementation guidance directly to our customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in backend software development and system design.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A founder-like mindset with a passion for taking responsibility and making a significant impact.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and adapting to new challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to commit to decisions even when there are disagreements.
• Previous startup experience is a plus.
• Previous cloud tech stack managing experience is a plus.
